I am hesitant in signing up for a subscription service because of recurring payments. How can I be assured that I will know when the next charge will occur.

When you sign up for the subscription service, your payment method will be charged. Your subsequent payments will occur on the 1st of every month. If you decide to skip a month, you simply check the 'skip' button and you will not be charged and will not receive a shipment that month.

When will I receive my first shipment?

When you sign up for the subscription service, your first order will queue for shipping. All 'bags' ship on the 15th of the month. If your order is received after the 15th, it will ship the following month on the 15th. All subsequent shipments will go out the 15th of the month.

What if I need to skip a month or change my mind on the membership?

With the click of a button, you can skip or unsubscribe. Simple, no pressure.
