All orders for in-stock products will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Our standard shipping method is USPS. We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
Due to the handmade method of production, there may be times when demand exceeds supply. In this case we will notify you immediately with an estimated shipping date, and give you a chance to reconfirm your order.
For custom products, an extra 7-10 days may be required.
CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
To make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All returns must be sent to us within 14 days. Used or soiled products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping. If you decide you would like to exchange your order, please contact us explaining your reason for exchanging the item. We will process your exchange upon receipt of your original order.
If we make a mistake with your order or if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we are truly sorry. Please let us know the problem. We will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement, at no additional charge. We want you to be happy with your halter and your experience with us.
